2. Problem Statement
Nowadays the
applications of wheelchair motorized are quiet demand among needed people
around the world such as old folks, officers and disable people due to injury, illness and mores. However, the
motorized wheelchairs out there are quiet expensive and some needed people can’t
have it. Therefore, this project comes out to fabricate a simple
motorized wheelchair with economic value, high efficiency and simple and
duplicate some safety tools. By using
three phase induction motor controlled by analog components, there are some
resistances can I list out such as how to control three phase induction motor,
manage and reduce the loss in analog components, what controller and analyser
tools can be used and what materials should be selected for fabricate the
economic motorized wheelchairs.
3. Objectives
Three
phase induction motor controlled by analog components driving wheelchairs is developed with the listed objectives
below:
- To design and develop analog base PWM controller
- To design the mechanical parts of motorized wheelchairs by using CAD software
- To fabricate the economic motorized wheelchairs
4. Scope of research
The scope of this
project is to fabricate and design the electrical and mechanical parts of the
motorized wheelchairs by using analog components to control three phase induction motor and low cost materials for economic mechanical parts .
5. Expected outcome
Expected outcomes for my final year project can be lists out as
below;
- Enable to fabricate the simple and cheap motorized wheelchairs
